Guild Wars 2

I just got my Warrior to 80 and right now I am using the staple might stacking build. My favorite weapons are GS and Axe/Axe. Any great PvE or PvE/WvW hybrid builds out there to support my weapon preferences?

With these weapons any build will do…
Question is what you want to be, not what you want to use to achieve it.

I want to be a pretty good damage dealer with slight survivability. I have always played a tank class in MMO’s, so I want to be the antithesis of that. I been 80 for a week or so and been cramming myself with information on what gear to use and builds. The weapons are the only thing I have decided on. Lot of information. I don’t want to be a glass cannon damage dealer though….that is pretty one sided.

You can go all knights and get about 3k armor and still do solid damage. GS is common and its good for mobility. I don’t thnk many ppl run Axe axe though. Axe usually goes with shield.

Yeah your right. Off hand axe overall is pretty bad for DPS. Shield in the other hand is extra cc, defense, and the blocking.

Full glass cannon with Omnomberry Pie, alternating Whirling Axe and Hundred Blades. Those weapon choices are made for burst DPS, make the most of those rapid hits. Okay I suppose you could go full Knights or find a balance between Knights and Beserkers till you find a survivability you’re happy with.

hmmm when I think of burst DPS, Whirling Axe doesn’t come to mind.
