Reduce cooldown on Rampage
I agree. Rampage isn’t the greatest elite and really should get a reduced cool down to match engineer’s Rampage.
It definitely needs something considering everything you lose while using it. If you could keep full use of utility skills, traits, and stats maybe the current cooldown would be understandable, but losing a large chunk of passive defense along with all of your active defense (excluding dodging) for a small damage boost and a bunch of CC?
Two of the Norn elites offer better choices, and class elites are supposed to be better.
Rampage justs needs to be smoother. Not harder hitting, not better defense, not longer duration, not shorter cooldown. While those things would certainly be nice, it will never be enough
Rampage is better than Elixir X, even with the cooldown difference. As an Engi, I’d trade any day, but I believe both of them need some polish.

Rampage is a useless skill and a reduced cool down will not help it. The skill needs to be totally reworked, not just tweak some of the attributes of it as they have done. It also needs to feel like it has smooth play not some trash chucking handicap giant.

At least rampage is consistent in what you get, and has synergy with distracting strikes. More redeeming things than Elixir X. But apparently you like to ignore half of what people say, because I’ll repeat.. they both need a lot of polish. They’re bad. I agree with you.

It might look like it’s for bunkers, but that little bit of damage reduction isn’t enough to cover the toughness you lose when you activate it. No matter your build you will always get weaker when you use Rampage.
Rampage doesn’t really have the power to turn fights around… sure, could help you with 1v1s. You can even get more stability for a stomp, woo!… Still, it does not warrant the 150s CD, I feel.
But Warbanner/Signet are much more useful in a team game. Signet enhances your weaponsets, while Banner can really make plays if you use it correctly in a failing 3v3 4v4 etc.
Bunker Warriors will usually take Warbanner anyway, because of the synergy with their Banner traits (regen) along with a significantly reduced CD allowing almost matching the CD of other gamechangers, e.g. Moa/Lich.
Just my opinion. I could be completely wrong.
