Regarding Empower Allies.
I didn’t see the buff coming onto myself and right now the tool tip on allies is bugged. Honestly though if you are with a group use it but when you are alone you can just switch to empowered.
1 – It does affect the warrior traiting it. You can check on your hero screen.
2 – No idea. I would like to know this too.
3 – From what I can tell it’s working as advertised. The icon incorrectly indicates a 70 point increase to power.

But does it give you a 150 boost or 70 as indicated in the buffs bar?
It grants 150 power.
1. Apparently you also get the effect but you only get the buff in combat so make sure to test it while in combat!
2. I’m pretty (99%) sure it doesn’t stack but i could be wrong.
3. I haven’t tested it yet. Maybe only the buff icon is wrong.
Gandara – WvW Warrior
I tested in combat.
Like the equivalent guardian trait to give 150 toughness now, it shouldn’t stack. I’ll emphasize shouldn’t, since there are times when things are not supposed to but do. If it did/does, then it would be quite overpowered.
Hi !
1 : Yes it will affect you and nearby allies.
2 : No.
3 : It does work. If you open the hero panel and look at power, enter combat the power value should go up 150 points. However the icon that pops up above your skill bar to indicate that you are being buffed by the trait don’t seem too be updated. It still says that power is increased by 70 points. This will hopefully be fixed soon.
Hope this helps
