Now that Stability costs a stack per stun, will Rousing Resilience stack per stun broken?

No, because you don’t break stun when you have stability, you prevent it.

As far as breaking multiple stuns in a row (i.e. using endure pain for first stun break, balanced stance for second stun break), the amount of toughness won’t stack. However, it may renew the duration of the “rousing resilience” trait-buff you get (haven’t tested this). It’s similar to how something like spotter or empower allies won’t stack when more than one person is running it, the affect’s magnitude is only applied once.

Although according to the wiki: “Using Balanced Stance while this is equipped will grant bonus-toughness whether a stun is broken or not.”, so that’s a bit weird. But yeah.
