I’ve been playing shout warrior and noticed my shouts haven’t been removing conditions. I salvaged my 6 runes off of a previous set of armor with a Black Lion Salvage kit and now the new armor they’re on says 12/6 runes but still doesn’t remove conditions.

Are you under water when it doesn’t work? It won’t, unless you put one in your breather.

That said, you should put one on your pvp breather too next time you feel like some spvp. That’s the only way it should show 12/6 runes.

To add: it does not work with “shouts” from warhorn.

I use Rune of the Soldier all day long and it works. So the ""bug" must sit in front of the screen. I just wanted to make sure he does not missunderstand “shouts”.
