Runes of Guardian grant T and healing and the 6th one gives 1s of burning on block.
Would it be worth to spec in Strength & Defense (power, cond. duration, toughness, healing) and have 6 of these in your armor?

Of course, weapons would include shield and mace as main set with the idea to block incoming attacks and let the enemy burn to death+Spiked Armor trait for some retaliation too…

You should make a thorough post on equipments, game play and etc. So I’ll have more ideas on what you’re aiming to achieve. =D

Remember that Retal scales by power, and burning scales with condition damage, so you’re already trying something a bit tricky.

Consider mighty defenses if you’re going with a block-reliant build, so that the str you gain is applied to retaliation and burn damage. It’s a shame that it’s so little STR per block and the burn is so brief.
