Rupturing Smash: This attack now strikes as a single hit within an arc rather than a cascading damage attack. The effect for this skill has been sped up to better match its new functionality. The radius has been increased to 360. The ground decal size has been increased to match the new radius. The daze duration has been increased to 1 second.

The main benefit of this move is to hit multiple enemies (effectively 15 targets) in one attack. Multi-hit attacks are good in WvW where blobs clump up 10+ players in a tight area. This change reduces it’kitten count to just 5 targets. It also makes this attack vulnerable to blinds. Why was this change necessary?

the funny thing is that I have never hammer stunned 15 players, just like I have never LB 2 15 players.

Seems like your argument is becasue something theoretically works in a vacuum chamber, that its a nerf it it no longer does despite never have been able to prove it.

Also you seem to forget the Brawlers Recovery has a baseline blind clear + additionally it clears a 2nd condi if one exists.

You can also always use hydro. And trust me you could still be blind before and made to miss.
