can you seperate shout heal by solo and ally and have ally-heal have same amount as before the nerf patch?

It is just too much nerfed but you may at least give us same heal points when it is applied to only ally, not myself.

shout must be good at support but shout just does nothing now.

And nerf rampage. it is way op
