Now that Furious (Arms XI) states that it grants triple adrenaline with critical hits, how much extra adrenaline does Sharpened Axes (Disc IX) grant?

When I tried it, it felt like 4 stages. So first multiplication, then addition.

I’ve never really used Burst skills before, but with the new patch I think they are encouraging burst use. I want to use these two traits to get instant return on my fury.
