Should Healing signet get a buff?

It basically means you can ignore most conditions. Seems really good to me. What would you want it to tick for? 400?
300-400 hp per tick seems fine to me.
I would like to see healing signet as a resistance to DoTs and continuous dps. However, burst damage will hurt this warrior because the burst heal cannot outheal the damage.
As of now, healing signet is more useful to the 5 signet warrior.

If You want to go healing, go healing!
Full exotic Cleric’s gear on 80 lvl it gives You (if I had count it right) 831 healing power (counted sword and shield also) add to this points from “Defense” traits – 250 in my case so it’s 1081 HealingPower, + 165 from Superior Runes = 1246.
Maybe if You take other things than rune sets You could have even more – didn’t search for it yet.
The Healing Singet itself is Healing Power * 0.0325 per second = 240 hp per second.
“Adrenal Health” for 3 adrenaline full bars 360 hp per 3 seconds (this trait doesn’t bonus from Healing Power, also let’s count it as 120 per second).
Banners give Regeneration also converting some conditions with warhorn’s “Quick Breathing” gives regeneration as well.
I’m also using Banner of Tactics, another 90 healing power.
Regenerarion is 5 + (1.562 * Level) + (0.125 * Healing Power) per second = 167 hp per second.
Healing Signet + Adrenal Health + Regeneration + Banner = 527 hp per second it is a lot.
So if the signet did 100-200 more hp per second it would be insane amount of heal of 750 hp per second.

I think the base amount is fine, but the active needs to be worth using somehow. I say keep the regen while on cooldown and it’s fine.
But also the healing power ratio on the passive needs to go up. It’s currently such that you regen 100% of your healing power over 20 seconds. So in 20 seconds you could regen 1-2 attacks of damage by stacking healing power. Well, I don’t think that’s a good gear investment, personally.
Another way to put how crappy that is into perspective: The 30 HP/s regen on the superior dolyak rune is about how much 850 healing power does for Healing Signet.
Whatever total value you can get from healing power, you can get more EHP per second by stacking toughness instead and going for the dolyak rune, which is notoriously bad itself.
You could say, well stack both toughness and healing power. To that I would say, you’d have more net effectiveness by going toughness + offense stats because the extra healing power does not come remotely close to the kind of damage that is being exchanged in battle. You’re simply better off stacking offense and toughness.

Well, obviously, Healing Signet need a buff. If you compare it to Mending and Healing Cure, the hp/s is lower. And Healing Signet does only heal, no adren (even useless) nor condition removal.
