Hi all, sorry if its been asked before. Do you need to have “Shake it Off” equipped for the Trait “Shrug it Off” to proc?

Nope, you don’t.Also, it counts as separate skills, so if you have both the trait and the skill and you use one, the other won’t go on cooldown.

However, people tend to dislike shrug it off, perhaps because of it’s erratic behavior – sometime it procs when it’s supposed to, sometimes it doesn’t.
