Is “Shrug it off” working? The heal works when vigorous shouts is traited but I don’t think the condition clearing is working? And does anyone know if (6)Rune of Soldier works with it? I have it equipped but I can’t seem to get 2 condition clears when it pops.
Shrug It Off works by removing the second condition the instant it gets applied. So if you have some bleed stacks on you and you suddenly get poisoned, Shrug It Off will immediately activate and remove the poison before the icon even appears on your conditions bar. If you aren’t paying attention, you won’t even know that you had been hit with a second condition.
