Guild Wars 2

Used to be that if a stun is 2 seconds, and you add +10% stun duration, making it 2.2 seconds the bug kicks in and automatically bumps it to 3 seconds.

Is this still the case?

Dazes/stuns are rounded up.

this sigil works on daze aswell? :o

No it is actually good, because it does what it does right now.
It is a valid choice (unlike most of the other duration sigils).
