Sigils and runes for support warrios
The sigil really depends on your build. If you have enough crit. chance you could use Sigil of Generosity. Runes… Monk is nice for the party Aegis. It goes well with Signet of Rage’s 1 min cd. Soldier goes well with shouts. Altruism isn’t that bad either for the might/fury boons if you are using an active healing skill but you really need to specify that “support” build of yours to get any good advice.

I use soldier runes on a shout build, and sigil of water, sigil of leeching (i think, life steal one)
