Lycnahtropy is the simplistic way to do it and we all know it, introduce lycanthropes into the world and make it so the warrior can choose to become a moon warrior. Basically give us the ability to shape-shift, it does not necessarily have to be on the warrior but i think it fits nicely. Make us have several animal shapes or “Werewolf” like forms that we take, but ones not dependant on the norn. So for example in the place of werewolf, we would have a werewarg which is the equivalent but is bigger and meaner than a norn wolf shape. This allows for shapeshifting to be viable so if you wana run a norn warrior, you can and it would be immersive. The other races work too ((charr might be a bit weird but eh hyrbid monster)) Or make it a RACIAL specialization for the norn, and make it race based. Havroun would be a good one to add too, just as tribune for charr and ect.
