So why do these abilities not do this?
The reason why the dolyak signet doesn’t stun break is because it adds a passive effect. Otherwise I’d be almost always superior to balanced stance. Shake it off symbolizes removing current conditions rather then preventing future issues.
When you change a class you do it to give it what it needs or remove what is too much.
Warrior has more access to stability than any other class, there is simply no reason to add more, regardless if “it makes sense” or whatnot.
Also Guardian comparison is pretty bad because Guards have less stability than us.
What we need is sustain in PvE and cripple/chill removal in sPvP. That’s about it.
Adding even more stability would fix none of our current issues.
I still wouldn’t mind more stability <— Hammer Warrior with long attack animations =D

ranger antidote signet adds a great passive effect that our class would kill for(condition removal), Active makes your pet a condition martyr for the group and it breaks stun.

Yep, but those are different effects. I’m saying that because we already have balanced stance, the signet won’t include a stun break.
