Does this shout remove two conditions with full set of Soldier Runes?

Add Warhorn condition removal on top of that :x

Since people are negative about nerfs, how about we buff to balance then?

Yeah it also removes 2 from allies aswell, since soldier runes remove conditions from those effected by shouts aswell.
