Honestly started using it a lot more in WvW because of how unreliable Bulls Rush it, I must say it is pretty nice, although this is nothing new. What turned me off from using it in the past was the really long cooldown (it is still really long) but I think the utility and the way it can turn around fights makes it worth it.

80 seconds is still a long time though ;/, even though the shout trait can reduce it, would like to see it reduced at least down to a base cooldown of 60 seconds. Other classes like mesmers get awesome AoEs like Feedback, Guardians get a similar skill but on a lower cooldown ;/. Maybe it is just wishful thinking though QQ.

Love using Fear Me on a group of people, laying down my #3 hammer with the immobilize trait then dropping an Earthshaker. Bam!

Just don’t use it while blinded! And if you do manage to get it to connect, your opponent just pops their 25 second cooldown stability/stunbreaker

On my charr, there is a pause between fear and me.

It doesn’t sound right when I use it.

It doesn’t sound very frightening at all either. Sounds kind of weird.

If a audio dev could listen to how it sounds and then think of what it would sound like when you would want to say fear me, I’m sure you’ll understand what I’m talking about.

Idk, I’m not a big fan, ikittenerg situation, the 5 target limit basically nullifies the effect. I also can’t give up signet of stamina, balanced stance or endure pain for it.

I use it next to ‘for great justice’ and ‘shake it off’, it is an awesome skill and I’ll never remove out of my bar because of how many times it saved my life. It deserved it spot more than any other skill.
I didn’t like it either in the beginning because of the long cooldown, but now I know how to place it and it is great. I almost dare to say it is the best utility we have.

I used to love it before I found that it can miss and can be blocked, that skill us useless in serious fights.

Love the skill cd is to long to take and bull charge and endure pain are stables on the bar. I can give up signet of stamina for fear me. Just cant do it!

I also wonder if they’ve even heard it themselves…

I personally prefer Stomp. Now if THAT move got a lower cooldown, I would never let it off my bar. So fun trampling Thieves out of Refuge.

I used to use it before i changed my build to a “shouts heal” one, now all my utility skills are shouts, and they are very usefull when you get 7-8 conditions in like 2 sec ( from a zerg)

i like the fear me>kill shot gimmick; but it wont work on anyone with a bit of sense xD
