Some question and thoughts about warrior
Gotta make sure you evade when you can and stay on the move how ever you can. Condition dmg can work fine in PvE, but make sure you use a weapon that capitalizes on it (for example, the sword). Also I find a back up shield to be helpful. You can bring that out and start blocking everything for a few seconds (you can move while blocking!).
If you find yourself dying even with evades, try using Endure Pain while you wait for your heal to come off CD.
Lastly, group up! I find that when I’m going with condition dmgs, grouping with another condition dmg class like a ranger (just 1 example) is great since we both deal out own stacks of bleeds (lots of bleeds and really quick!)
The problem with the evading the mobs it thats its so hard to see when they are going to attack you and in wich way, espically as charr i sometimes cover the mob when standing infront of him, so cant see what the mob is going to do. But u saying that even when im fighting normal mobs i should keep running around the mobs and evading when possible?
You need to keep moving constantly. Just standing in front of a mob letting it hit you will not work in this game. You can strafe mobs around in this game and keep yourself out of their frontal arc attacks relatively easily.

This is something most people don’t realize. In just about every other RPG game ever, you can’t do this. That mob turns to face you 500 times faster than you can possibly strafe or run in a circle around it.
Not so in GW2. Mobs can only rotate as fast as characters – so you can circle strafe a PvE mob in the same way you can circlestrafe an opponent in PvP.
I do it all the time when my endurance (the dodge bar, really) is too low to doubletap and evade.
