Just to help make this a bit simpler I am wondering peoples feelings with Spellbreaker in regards to pve viability.
Granted its a pvp beta test but you can still get a general feeling on the dummys and such.
So share away. And yea, I did this as well in Revenant forum…only 2 classes I’m looking at at the moment.

Not exactly PvE, but you can try the classes against npcs in EotM for what it’s worth. I took a reactor and killed a few aetherblades there. Given the gear, I managed to stay alive and deal ok damage.

It feels designed with burst builds in mind, so it synergizes well with the core Arms traits. I could see power builds with optional PS, greatsword and d/d on swap being viable for PvE.

This Single trait, compensates the Berseker Nerf.

Its basically a free 300 power, and synergize with Physical Skills, u get bonuses damage from doing CC.

The real question is what kind of power build can compete with Berserker, which is one of the highest condi dps in the game?

The obvious answer is niche.

We may have use on Xera with Winds of Disenchantment in order to cheese her in the boon fields. Perhaps also Keep Construct, since he is disabled during Burn phase.

We may also have use in certain FoTM encounters, such as boss of ascalon fractal.

Spellbreaker will not be optimal for raids, and I think that is perfectly fine.

It does, however, seem useful for FoTM. Since we do damage when ripping boons, we are going to have a lot of burst against foes with the instability “No Pain, No Gain”, and the boss of Ascalon Fractal.
