If I have Healing Signet, Adrenal healing and 6 Runes of the Dolyak (Gain health Regen) will they all work? Sorry If I’m wording this badly but if I had all three of these up at the same time will I have three different health regens going on? or Will they cancel each other out? so I would only end up with Healing Signets Regen for example?

Yes – they will all work. They do not cancel each other out.

Personally I haven’t managed a way to obtain 2000 healing per second since the first round of Guardian nerfs, and now losing 25% of their effective endurance because of the second carpet sweep on vigor skills. Never thought I’d see the day in which the devs would actively attack dodging.
