Staggering Blow: This skill can now be used while moving. Reduced the cast time to 0.5 seconds.

Wow, just wow! now it’s going to be even more fun to play hammer warrior. I really disliked the slow activation of hammer skills and how you would be stationary at times. This is a great change.

Also healing shouts got buffed, which is good.
Vigorous Shouts: Increased the base healing by 25%. Increased the healing stat scaling from 80% to 90%.

Change to Staggering Blow is great (if it happens). Although I fear it will be the end of non-hammer warriors for good

Well at least in zergs. Hardly see any other warrior weapons there anymore. Hammer, with GS for escaping tight spots.

Honestly, this is minor change for hammer. You usually avoid using hammer 4, because you don’t want to screw aoe nuke for all your team.

This will allow you to use it as an OPENER! You’ll be able to go Staggering Blow → Earthshaker → Fierce Blow. It’ll probably make landing a combo much easier if true.

You can also now use it for retreating.

Granted the good old skull crack with sigil got a 0,55 sec nerf, but hey, you can’t have them all.

Great change for my playstyle and being a solo roamer, now if we can just get backbreaker to not be so telegraphed and get rid of the 1 year cast time.

I’m not even really too choked up about the sigil “nerf” considering it’s more like a bug fix they put off for a year. Although, people always slightly exaggerated how much it affected Skull Crack – it makes it more like 3.75 seconds of stun not a full 4.
