Yes, its been discussed thoroughly.
I was going to link you to the other articles I read after the patch about this bug but it seems there have been so many recent threads that it’s buried and I really don’t feel like finding it.

Aha, can only pray that /its fixed soon as its getting rather annoying.(Aparently THAT and ITS when used together is a blocked).
