There is no diminishing returns unless you have over 100% crit chance.
It’s all playstyle preference. And you don’t even mention your playstyle (PvE, WvW, tPvP). Basically, the only answer that anyone can give you is you need to try it out yourself.
For warrior:
If offensive focused, most will tell you to have a minimum of 3K power and 50% crit. But there is no real “minimum”; if you can add it and can survive long periods of time, do it. Only focus on condition damage bonus if a specific bleed/burn build type (otherwise ignore it). Tough/Vit weighting deals with Effective Health Pool and there are plenty of resources to review to understand. You need to understand that EHP is completely borked when facing high-condition encounters.
However, you’ll never figure out the answer to your question from the boards because it relates to your own playstyle. You’ll need to test this yourself in game.
@Skamlic Perfect thats exactly what I needed. I’m not looking to make any specific build at this time, just needed an overveiw of the stats.
@Artaz Thanks for the info as well. I didn’t post my playstyle preference because I didn’t want people to post “here, use this build”. I like making my own stuff, even IF it turns out to be something someone else has had similar, its just a past time hobby for me that I have done in a lot of my previous MMO’s.

Yea, I am working on a mace-mace build and it is devestating in solo against some classes. Especially eles get dominated by it. Interupt them with instant skills and block their burst and return a 4.5k hit. I am not very good at it yet thou, need some practice because your skills are close range.
