Dual Shot while traited with Stronger Bowstrings in Tactics doesn’t do 100% finisher anymore and I can’t find any patch notes to confirm changes to it.

It was a bug. They don´t need to announce such fixes.
The trait works now as it´s supposed to be except for still giving fan of fire a finisher.
