First,i need to apology for my diction,because my English is poor.
I use “google translation” to write this Mail.
I play warrior in the first time when i join “Guild Wars2”
but the new skill is not good as other Class(Occupation).
I play warrior for 3 years.
Many of the skill of warrior/berserker is useless.
If you see warrior/berserker video on youtube,you will notice that most of the warrior use 2~3stance and healskill will be “Healing Signet”.
And their build are also unchange.
Weapon?
Axe:
“Eviscerate” is hard to hit target,because this skill will stop for about 0.5s before hit target.
Most of the people who play PVP won’t hit by this skill.
Why not “Decapitate” don’t keep its characteristic,but upgrade its accuracy.
“Decapitate” can like “Rush”!Run to target then do damage!
I need to say that “Head Butt” got 170 range,and “Eviscerate/Decapitate” got 300 range.
But “Head Butt” is much better accuracy then “Eviscerate/Decapitate”!
Because “Head Butt” wont stop for 0.5S before hit the target.
and Axe(offhand)
Skill5 this skill take 3.5s,but it cant do good damage.
it should have reflect missiles.
Axe(offhand) is useless in PvP/WvW
Torch:
torch skill dont have enough damage
torch for a new weapon for warrior is not good enough.
skill4 can have explosion like “Gun Flame”when hit enemy.
skill5 should destory missiles when burning.
Mace:
“Skull Grinder” should hit more then 1 target. Maybe 3 target.
Physical?
“Throw Bolas”:
This skill only can immobilize one target,AND its easy to dodge.
This skill also easy to miss the target because terrain.
“Bull’s Charge”:
This skill need 40CD,but hard to hit.
Maybe the problem is network is not stable?
“Kick”:
This skill is suck.
Range is Really short,and do no damage.
How about like “Rush”.
Run to target and kick the target!
“Stomp”:
45CD is really long time.
and it also hard to hit the enemy…
too large movement,but do no damage.
Stance?
The problem of stance is that CD is too long…
Like Edure Pain need 60CD,but EP is not true Immune damage.
Warrior will easy to be kill by condition.
Shout?
Shout is no longer useful after trait"Vigorous Shouts" modify.
Healingskill of shout “To The Limite” also have too long CD.
if you dont chose the trait"Vigorous Shouts",
you wont even consider this skill to your healingskill.
Banner?
Banner skill….
the skill of banner is suck,CD is long and it cant move!
you need to take the banner when move it.
In fact,banner can be design like a bag.
One man can only take one banner,banner will move with people.
Rage?
“Shattering Blow”:
this skill is cool,but not useful.
Reflects for only about 1 sec,and do Little damage.
this skill can design that if you use this skill,
you can destroy missiles for 3s!?
“Sundering Leap”:
do few damage and really hard to hit the target.
A enemy wont be hit by this skill if he has energy.
when i use this skill,
I will jump to target,then stop about 0.5s and hit the target.
this skill can design that you jump to the target and daze the target for 0.5s.
“Wild Blow”:
this skill do good damage,but range only have 170.
need too many time to use.
also the skill don’t have additional effects.
and need 30CD…its long.
this skill can design that you hit “Target1”
“Target1” knockback and hit more enemy,and also do damage.
And the skill will Immunity blind or need 2 stack of Stability to Immunity.
In conclusion
I don’t remember what characteristic warrior have.
Warrior should be more like hero,not just like a rat stand behind and shoot sneaky.
The skill of warrior is cool,but very useless.
Build also hard to chose,because warrior need build to survive.
Utility skills cant really help warrior survive,so warrior need build to assist
Berserker need full Adrenaline to transform
Without transform,
Berserker will weak then warrior.
Berserker trait cant give enough survive ability or enough damage.
Transform to berserk pay many price,but only get few reward.
Rage skills are not strong enough.Cool but useless.
