Healing signet is fine as long as it isn’t nerfed. However, it is our only viable heal because the other heals sucks.

My suggestion:

Healing Surge’s adrenal heal is now the opposite. Instead of more heal when adrenaline is full, healing surge will heal more when adrenaline is empty. This will encourage more proactive offensive play. Reduce recharge to 25.
Stage 0 Heal: 9,820
Stage 1 heal: 8,180
Stage 2 heal: 6,540
Stage 3 heal: 5,885

Mending will now spend adrenaline. Warrior will heal more when adrenaline is spent. However, Mending will now remove only 1 condition since this trait is meant to be synergized with Cleansing Ire. Therefore, Mending will only remove up to 4 conditions if the warrior has full adrenaline. Increase recharge to 25 seconds. Base heal is 5,240 + 350 hp restored for every adrenaline spent.

5x Warrior, 5x Ranger, 4x Elementalist, 4x Engineer,
4x Necromancer, 3x Mesmer, 4x Guardian, 4x Thief, 4 Revenant

That’s a simple yet effective change to Healing Surge. And tbh cleansing ire shines with Healing surge already with your change it would be very interesting.

Use burst = lose 3 conditions & off do damage
Use heal = gain health plus gain all adrinalin back
Use burst again = (you get the idea)

Dumping 6 conditions on a 20 sec cool down would be sweet. And it feels like the skill would just work beter that way. Maybe a little op but only testing will tell.

As for mending IMO the proposed change would make it the least viable heal (red headed step child of heals)

Healing sig = great sustain
Healing surge = well see above, lose 6 conditions if done right + good heal on a 20 sec cd
Mending = crappy heal and lose only 4 conditions …meh

I still thing healing sig needs it’s active buffed, add some condo remove or possibly protection. Just to make using the skill a choice not simply NEVER TOUCH # 6 more than likely abet will nerf the passive and list the above as the reason (lo fml)
