Hello, id like to ask you warriors how u feel about sunrise on a warrior.
for me it feels like a weap for mesmer or a guardian, and warrior doenst look good with it.
what are your thoughts?

I think every warrior should wield a Twilight, but that’s just my opinion Sunrise is also a very nice skin. After all they’re both legendary.

I’m actually going after Sunrise myself, since I already have the precursor and I prefer the “paladin/knight” look with my T3 human set more, than the dark and gloomy twilight. Twilight seems to be a bit overdone aswell, so a bit of variety is always nice. I’m in the painful progress of gathering charged lodestones from CoE and getting 100g for runestones at the same time. My next goal will probably be the Volcanus as my bloodlust GS.

Also GS > Axe any day if you run glass.

Sunrise is the only choice for a greatsword warrior. Twilight makes you look like you’re going through that “dark and edgy” phase of puberty.

ive seen it; guildie has it: not really impressive, cold footsteps are cool, on norn it freezes your hand, personally i think it should change our armor to ice or somthing cool like that…

maby an icebrood look?

Anyhow looks nowhere near as cool as sunrise/twilight, juggernaut, or bolt.

Also stat wise both the gs and the axe are terrible for a dps spec… PVT? on a greatsword or axe? really?

Need to put a way to change the stats in game without loosing legendary status imo.

I have sunrise and I dye my armor red, gold and white

Oh and yeah I would much rather have Knight’s stats on it that soldier’s, but I’m not about to transmute exotic onto it. Ill have to suffer the 6% crit loss… /sigh

Everything is balance
Even the wickest DPS can benefit from a bit of survivability.
The strong builds for damage are usually the ones that don’t forget about survivability.
Once you are downed, you no longer do damage.

Those stats are pretty good imo, very overall and something that each build/class gets something out of. To balance you can always switch out some jewelry pieces if you dislike losing that crit/prec bonus in dungeons. In WvWvW I’d recommend wearing something beefy anyways so I don’t see a problem there.

Just have to get the right aesthetics for you.

I personally like Sunrise better between Sunrise and Twilight.

Sunrise is nice and visible both at night and at day.

I think it looks great. I love my Sunrise.
