Will either of these conflict if i had a Sigil of battle on shield and Sigil of strength on Sword switching from a Hammer?

Yes, it will conflict. When you swap to that set it will trigger the battle sigil which has a 9 second cool down. For 9 seconds the strength sigil will not trigger.

I don’t think you understand here, the cooldown is low enough to be OK in this case (2 sec)

I don’t think you understand here, the cooldown is low enough to be OK in this case (2 sec)

Swaps to sword/board.
Assuming hammer sigil doesn’t have a cooldown, sigil of battle procs and triggers a 10s cd.
Sigil of strength will not trigger for 10 seconds.
If weapons swapped back in less than 10 seconds then sigil of strength never proced.

Alternative case
Swaps to sword/board
Hammer had a sigil on cd. Sigil of battle is ignored.
Sigil of strength may proc when hammer cd ends.

I can confirm Player Character is right. All sigils with an internal cooldown cannot proc if ANY other sigil with an internal cooldown is on its own cooldown.
