Kinda depends where you want to use them I guess.

well then it’s kinda crap :P dungeons → dps
You allready cap 25 might stacks with full dps build, so it’s kinda pointless. If not, then you can always stack might with firefields before engaging.

Remove everything in defense, stick 10 more points in to arms for attack of opportunity and rending strikes, you can change the VI to … I dunno, it probably would work fine.

That leaves you with 0/30/0/30/0

so stick the remaining 10 points either in strength or discipline

but beyond that, yeah, phalanx strength is pretty great.
