Does Sword autoattack out-damage axe now? I’m sure it does not, but dps wise what are the damage/how long does it take to forfill the chains.

I am sure axe does more damage, but the sword might do less in a shorter amount of time.

It is a difference in flow.

Sword chain now starts a lil slow and ends faster, while damage is flat-ish ( and that crip) . Burst is immo/bleed. On swift it is totally craycray ( I use sigil of rage rather than frenzy, but either work).

Axe, the chain keep growing in damage until the final hit where you do the huge numbers (bellcurve). Burst is huge damage… if you land it.

For example, new axe chain benefits from the new warrior sprint as it allows you to stay in range a lil easier to land that devastating last hit. Having Condicleanse on Eviscerates also has a lot of potential.
