Empowered : Increases damage for every boon on you. Damage increase: 1%

It didn’t work since I did many times when I was in combat.
I had more 5 boons on but I could not find any change of my power on my state. still same…..

It doesn’t change your power, it just affects the damage number result when you attack. Your attributes remain the same.

How do I know??

Well you could test it. Go to heart of the mists and autoattack with axe, record your numbers for a minute without applying any boons to yourself. Test the same thing but the next time use signet of rage and see if you notice a 3% damage increase from having swiftness, fury, might. That’s what I would do.

If it works, then ayyy.

If not, something’s wrong.
