Tactics not increasing Boon Duration?

Do points in Tactics no longer improve Boon Duration? I have that category at maximum, but my Hero Panel reports I only have +10% Boon Duration. Supposed to be +30%, right? (WIKI still reports that, and that article was supposedly last updated only 4 days ago).

Are you sure you’re not looking at the Condition Duration icon?

I just tried this in-game and it worked fine for me.
