I like to do both PVE and PVP any tips on how i should put my traits what armor i should get. Weapon combos Please help me find a good build i die fast please help
The usual stats for tank build is Power, Vitality, and Toughness sets. I do not know the traits to make one, but I am guessing it have to deal with Power tree, Toughness tree for hammer I guess / combo it up with LB and the last tree is on you either Tatics or Discipline. Sorry I cannot offer any tips to help you out, but this is all i can bring up.

You can test it out in Orr to see how it performs doing temples runs or event farming. I run a with T C H gear in Spvp and PVE. It is a challenge that’s for sure and with low regen ticks heavy hits / high conditions will take you down quick so stay on top of that. In pvp it is more of a challenge and I can say your worst enemies will be necros, mesmers, condi engineers and bunker rangers / rangers overall. Guardians and thieves can put up a good challenge though and forget about warriors. They’re a non threat profession so it can go either whoever slips up in that fight.

Just FYI do a search on the AH for “sentinel” exotic gear, its craftable P/V/T gear so you don’t have to waste badges or karma.

80’s: Engineer/Warrior/Necromancer/Mesmer/Thief/Elementalist/Guardian [Seafarer’s Rest]
Alternatively to you could get Shoulders, Chest, Gloves, and Legs from Melandru temple. Boots from Lyssa temple, and AC dungeon (think its AC) Helm for a full PVT set. Then just put the runes you want on it.
This is Healing Shout, Hammer-A/Shield build that I occasionally use in WvW and sometimes PvE (I prefer more zerk in PvE). It can tank quit a bit with decent regen and good condition removal while still having some good Burst. Don’t do much PvP so can’t really say how it would hold up there.
If you want to farm some badges in WvW switch out Axe/Shield for long bow and leg specialist for stronger bowstrings. If you don’t like the healing signet swap it out for the heal of your choice and trade in the mango pie for power food.
I find Hammer synergises well with tank builds
