No. Stop trying to fix the Greatsword. It took the devs several years to balance the warrior around one skill in PvP. Im sick of it. Just leave GS the way it is now, its still fine in PvE. Buff the other weapons
yes, buff other weapons. Gs excels at its ultility, HB is very situational. buff hammer, or mace, maybe change frenzy to ignore all conditions as well, if the debuff is here to stay.
Developers will recall that most of the adjustment in Hundred Blades came from the community perception on competitive PvP from Beta weekends last year. The Developers balance fix was not to modify Frenzy alone (adding 50% damage increase while under its effects) but to also lower the weapon damage mod from the ability of Hundred Blades. Eviscerate (from Axe F1) was also lowered damage mod for the very same reason.
IMO, the Quickness buff from Frenzy/Quickening Zephyr/Haste/Elixir U/Timewarp should be reverted back to 100% for tPvP only until other balance fixes are put in place. In both PvE and WvW there is a far greater case for the adjustment to 50% attack speed. Changing this for tPvP makes very little to no sense at all.
We’ve been suggesting to unroot 100B and reduce the damage since betas cause it would solve SO MANY problems.

Thank god Wildstar will be out this year! I’m done with melee in this game. Everything I see about Wildstar shows it’s exactly the game I THOUGHT GW2 was.

Frenzy is just about useless now and apparently we need to all be banner warrior builds. Wish I would have put my Sunrise on my guardian!

As a warrior who doesn’t rock a GS and zerker gear, it is depressing looking at gw2lfg and seeing nothing but LF ZERKER WARRIORS ONLY dungeon runs. If they toned down 100B somehow, even if it was just giving it a higher cooldown, we wouldn’t see these generic zerker teams. That one ability on immobile mobs just makes any one else’s damage seem like garbage.
zerker axe warriors dmg works just as fine.. but whirlwind is too hard to give up!
