Is just too OP, i can believe it!, what a monster!

Where are his rifle, mainhand shield, quadruple axes and dual-wield greatswords? I’m sorry but this isn’t an accurate depiction at all.

l2p, stunbreak, teleport, evade, blind, block, chill, cripple, fear, stability, so many counterplay to that mace build. just outplay the opponent and dont go into a fight thinking you will just faceroll that warrior. your fault. i have no problems at all to fight such warriors with my thief, warrior, mesmer or guardian.

Also a fact: all warriors are norn. Even my charr.

I’m pretty sure he also should have spiky Goku hair and maybe one black angel wing.

Warrior is fine people who cry just need to learn to dodge and use stun breaks. My warrior is all skill with my greatsword shield mace and healing signet. They are so bad they die to stun and hundred blades over and over and over and over. Eles Mesmers Necros and Theifs. No skill.

LEARN TO DODGE AND STUN BREAK! Not hard.

Talking about what happens in a coordinated team fight for the most part.

I’m also pretty sure that guardian can do all of those except for cripple and fear.

Add a sigil of hydromancy and charr racial, guards only can’t fear!

Just imagine a Charr warrior using 4 greatswords at the same time (one with each hand, one with the tail and one with the mouth).

Funny picture, would of been better if a rifle was nocked into the longbow instead of an arrow.

This just makes me realize warriors need gunblades. And we should be able to dual wield them and the burst move would be Omnislash combined with Lionheart and would hit 5 people 30 times for 9999 and then summon Knights of the Round afterwards just to make sure they died.

I already did on the other post, not need to spam it on my post, and im going to say the same, terrible players that dont even know how to pvp, they deserve to die like insects like that.

blind, crippled and chilled would have been the end of that warrior. you don’t get into a face bashing contest with a warrior and win, its practically in our class description.

granted he did do a good job of juggling his opponents, his build had to have been almost pure tank, simply to account for the traits needed for his weapon set.

I’ll bite. What you are seeing is not the build being OP. It is the user outsmarting all his opponents. First, lets look at those opponents. Half in the video were upleveled. The other half were low wvw rank which shows lack of wvw experience by that player with that class.

Now here is why i say he outsmarted his opponents. Look at where the fighting takes place for most of the video. Its on a bridge. The warrior being pure melee is using this restricted battle space to keep his opponents near. As ranged classes (they had ranged weapons equipped) they should be kiting in an open field. Not once in the video do any of the people with ranged weapons try kiting at an out of melee ranged distance.

If anything the warrior in the video should be ashamed if he tried to post that showing his skill. As stated, any number of kiting condition builds wielded by a competent player would give this build many problems.

There are videos for every single class with them vs 10+ people. Let’s face it, in WvW there are a lot of crappy players which is why most tend to stick with the zerg. There’s a ranger in my guild who I’ve personally seen kite around 20 or 30 people and kill a large amount of them and still get away. A lot of players don’t use the terrain to their advantage and just stand still and expect to be able to take down an army. move around, kite people around structures, , use choke points, run in behind oakhearts when they shoot at you(they’ll aggro it and it will root them or knock them down and you can take advantage of that) There’s a ton of things you can do that I regularly see most people never take advantage of to take on superior numbers. most people are content just standing and spamming 1.

Hunter you make the perfect example here. Its like you watch a commercial and see someone eat a protein shake and lift up a car so you think if you drink one you can too.

If you can’t recognize thakittens a good player against unexperienced players and underlevels then I would have to throw you in the category of a unexperienced when fighting that style of warrior.

I am on ehmry bay and I fought that warrior before on my mesmer and my warrior in a 1v1 scenario both of us fighting is going to take a little bit because we understand other classes or at least have enough knowledge on core mechanics thakittens not a insta win no matter what.

Now if I am rolling up on say my mesmer and I see him smashing the bridge up 1vX I’m looking at his buff bar especially for dolyak signet because after the necro he fights a GS mesmer and if I see either of those fights happening as I walk up I am going to test if he still has a stability to blow that should just normal stuff everyone should do but people don’t.

Like someone else said there are videos in every forum of 1vX just go find any healway guardian video in the guardian forum and watch it 1v3 and possibily 1v5, watch a video of 2 healway guardians 2v8 is it OP? No because you can pretty much ignore healway guardians but people see red they turn into bulls.
