Does the trait impact just allies or does it impact the warrior with the trait as well?

Hell of a lot better than normal old Empowered, which is only affected by boons (not even including Stability), only affects you, and only gives 1.5% damage buff. Compared to +70 power to you and everyone around you, all the time. You have to jump through a lot of hoops just to get Empowered even close to being effective.

Solo Warrior with 3 boons and Empowered > solo Warrior with Empowered Allies; specifically with Vitality-focused based builds (banners, shouts and/or warhorn boon creation), Empowered can be better

so let me get it straight. The trait is working? But only as soon as i engage in combat? What?

And how much power i actually gain from the trait that my damage increases according to the number of boons currently on me?
