No. There’s so much defensive power but it ends up diminishing severely because of how much you’re stacking. You’ll still get killed, albeit about 10 seconds slower, but you’ll do absolutely no damage.

i prefer Shout heals over banners with Soldier runes, heals+condi-removals support to your team.

but if you wanted just to share Healing Signet on a mass scale xD , you might love this.

Vigorous Shouts still weaker than Inspiring Battle Standard.

I think that Vigorous Shouts need be toned up.
