Unsuspecting Foe and Knockdowns
I’ve only noticed it trigger against stunned foes never on knockdowns
Only against enemies afflicted by the Stun condition. Tested it extensively with Earthshaker*
*Earthshaker has an interesting mechanic. The stun comes before the damage, so with Unsuspecting Foe you will always get 50% bonus to crit when using this burst ability, as long as the enemy can be stunned.

Correct, Unsuspecting Foe only works with Stun itself. No other form of disable (knockdown, blowout, daze, etc.) provides the 50% crit benefit.
