Unsuspecting foe count against KD enemies?
It does not work against knocked down foes. It works on stun, so you can Earthshaker in and cause 100% critical chance havoc with a super high power without sacrificing much.

it only works for stun, so personally after update, i would rather just go 0 0 30 10 30
- – don’t listen to the guy above, you don’t even get 100% crit chance with zerker amulet and lyssa runes, only plus fury. for 2 seconds. if your position didn’t bug because of earth shake you can land 2 aa on your enemy.

I always hit 100% if I run a cheese build with Unsuspecting Foe.

Depends on the ‘meta’ you are referring to. I use FGJ + Signet of Rage. If you’re one of those running Endure Pain, Berserker Stance and Balanced Stance, choose the least relevant skill for your current situation (roaming, zerging, … pve?) and drop it. There you go, permanent Fury, and 100% critical chance in those 3 seconds you got everyone stunned. You’re welcome.

UF doesn’t trigger on knockdown. Merciless hammer however does.
In wvw ppl usually run shouts, so thats where u get perma fury from. In a spvp enviorment poeple use stances, and with signet traited and lyssa u have a 13 sec downtime on fury.
For hammer UF isn’t really needed if ur running a decent amaount of crit.
