Hi! First I want to say that im new to the game so I appologize if im asking something obvious

I put 5 points into discipline and the first skill “Versatile Rage” is higlighted (“Gain adrenailne on weaponswap”). To me this sounded really good until I tried it hehe. The thing is that I dont seem to be getting any adrenaline when I weapon swap!? What am I missing here? Because obvioulsy it is something?
