(Video) Deadly Boom (Axe/Shield-GS) Roaming
That build its called destroyer. Most people don’t put 20 in arms but its not un-heard of especially now after crit damage nerf.. Most people just run the Hambow traits… Which is where the build came from. its 0/0/6/2/6 instead of hambow its axe/s-GS…
Only advices I would have is save your skills. A few times you seem to be wasting them.

The build evolved into 0/4/6/0/4 on the forum here. After Raiden started using it, it became the new standard I believe.
I liked the vid.

Nice to know! Ive been following Raiden builds for a while now and every little changes he makes really helps the build a lot so I decided to go 20 on arms as well. Yes, I have been working on that! Thanks for the feedback!

EXACTLY! Thanks for the support!
You must of died from so many cond roamers. Oh well, a montage only shows the wins not the mountain of deaths. You’re only cond removal is hitting someone with the axe/gs burst, bad build if your not taking cond into account.

Against a lame condition user, one can always reset the fight.

In otherwords, you run away from 80% of all roamers in wvw (b/c easily 60% of em run perplexity cond cheese). Also you must run away often and early in a fight since almost all cond users run at least +80% condition duration bonuses from food, giver wep, traitlines.

Well, I disagree about 80% of roamers run condi, although it is definitely the area of the game in which conditions are represented the most. I still to this day run into power thieves or warriors more then anything else, though.
The condi duration is painful. Most warriors with Axe/Sh GS run -60% condition duration however, which helps. -93% on movement impairing condi’s, too. So running is almost always an option.
And I don’t mean running in the purest sense of the word, I actually mean resetting. Odds are, that the ever so forgiving condi spec will make one too many mistakes in one of your next attempts. If you’re not fighting something like Koroshi, you can simply force that mistake by resetting one or more times.
Or, you know, don’t eat the cheese.
