Thank you Anet, for giving the talented warriors a build that takes so much skill to play. Everyone knows the toughest class to play is warrior. That’s why you see so many people play warriors they want the challenge of playing against all the other easy to play classes.

I agree though, tried the hambow, didn’t much care for it. Tried GS/Rifle meta, didn’t much care for it either. It seems it’s easier to copy someone elses build/weapons sets and play style than to figure one out for yourself. Just my two cents…

I always get flamed by my teammates for not running hambow. And when I do, I get flamed by the other team. :’(

Too bad it’s one of the only viable builds in this meta. Maybe once we get other modes apart from capture point we can see the fun stuff. Tried out a sniper build with another warrior in TDM. Our thief kept us invis while we took shots. Gimmicky, but it was fun.

Until someone reflected the shots. Then it was pretty hilarious.

…actually I’m kind of fine with that. It’s only unkillable if the condi user goes at them alone. I’m hoping that Ele becomes the answer to the current condi spam meta like Hammer Warrior was the answer before.

I’m just not happy with a) the hardcounteriness of it, and b) the passivity of it.
I think both are something the game could use a bit less of.

Don’t worry warriors are getting a nerf in their traits. For a preview they are now reduced to
IX Target mesmer, mesmer dies instantly.
XIII Spam 1, kill everything in a 40 foot radius.
VII Run away from everything with impunity unless you outnumber your opponent 3-1 then actually turn and fight. (oh wait, they already have this one)
