WIP: Dungeon/PvE Support Shouter + GS DPS
The build looks like complete junk.
Also, nice show of maturity at the bottom of your post by basically saying “if you disagree with me you aren’t welcome and will be ignored”.
Your standard 30/0/0/10/30 and 30/25/0/0/15 builds are support shouter + GS DPS builds too, the difference is they DPS better and don’t take useless traits and bad gear.

No need to be rude.
All support builds have low DPS and compensate it with support, it’s a trade off.
To be more accurate:
This build = 3200 Epower selfbuffed – 5000 with 25 might stacks.
Zerker = 8000 Epower selfbuffed – 11,000 with 25 might stacks.
Average Epower is 4000 vs 9,500 of zerkers.
I agree tho that full zerker gear is better on this build than mixed up.
With full zerker it bumps up to 5000 Epower selfbuffed – 7000 with 25 might, which means about 6k average E.Power.
So, DPS wise:
Zerker = 100% of max DPS obtainable
OP’s build with zerker’s gear = 63% of max DPS obtainable
OP’s build with his gear = 42% of max DPS obtainable
I don’t think Colesy was being any more rude than the last paragraph of the OP was. If I was the OP, I would spend more time learning both basic and advanced game mechanics before I posted builds like this.
Posting a pve build with sigil of hydromancy is something you should be embarrassed about; but then again this could just be an elaborate trolling. If so, kudos for getting me.
This actually looks like a pretty conventional PUG warrior build. I usually get pretty massive heal shouts when running with pugs so I’m sure most of them are specced healing power.
Some suggestions.
Replace Sword with Axe or Mace. Axe will help them kill faster with the Vulnerability, and Mace could keep high weakness up time on foes to lower damage they do.
Replace Balanced Stance with any Banner but Defense. Strength/Discipline could help increase their damage, or you could use Tactics for extra healing/boon duration.
I’d also go ahead and change your X/Warhorn to Berserker, you got plenty of Healing Power from your armor.
Also, Hydromancy/Energy sigils don’t work together. All sigils share a cool down. In this case, you would get the Hydromancy since it’s main-hand, but not the Energy. You could keep one or the other and replace the other with an always active sigil (force/accuracy/night for example)
There should be plenty of bleed uptime from passive traits and stuff in your party, so you could replace the 50% bleed duration trait with the chance to apply Vulnerability on crit
Stability isn’t really needed that much in PvE. Very rarely. As for your jewelery, you could just change the orbs to Ruby, will give you some more damage. And keep the bulk of the healing. Don’t think you’ll notice too much of what your off-set gives
Edit: The leap of Sword is nice, but mobs don’t run from you too much in dungeons and stuff. And besides, seeing that last big Mace or Axe auto hit is fun =). You’d probably want to go Mace to keep on your support route. Weakness is almost like party wide Protection
