Just me, or half the time it doesn’t ress downed allies?

Try hitting someone that doesn’t have too much Health left. It doesn’t work, even if you nail them right in the nuts with the Warbanner.

Sometimes it won’t heal enough for the person to rally, if the person’s downed health is too low.
I’m not sure this is intended or not, but in my opinion for such a long CD skill we should get a guaranteed res.

Yeah, that is also what the skill description states.

Poison makes it even worse.

It never failed me yet. Be sure to use it within the range of the downed.

hmmm, i think it is lag. you may think you’re resurrecting the correct area, but the guy is actually far from you.

bug – well… the game bugs every now and then. >3< seen warriors/thieves leap inside enemy door

No, the problem is pretty much identified: it does not revive them; it heals them by a set percentage instead. So unless you nail them with your Warbanner as soon as they go down, chances are they won’t get revived.

Pretty stupid if you ask me.

Warbanner summon is essentially a 100% downed state heal, if your ally is at say 25% hp and is poisoned then they will only go up to around 90% hp.

But other than that it never failed me.

Does picking it up and stamping it also revive people? Or is it just the initial summon? (Never actually tried it)

Same happens to me, mostly in dungeons where there’s a lot of poison aoe, or just poison in general. It has happened at other times as well where any large amount of incoming damage overrides the ress somehow. Not as in, they get up and go right back down, as in, their downed stated only goes back up to 50% or something.

It does not automatically rez, it just heals for a certain amount.
If you use it on people with too low downed health it may just heal them to almost full downed health but not rez them.

actually..yes i have seen it fail. tried to drop it on someone who was almost fully dead (like >5% of downed state health left) and it said it healed for around 20k hp, but they didnt get ressed. their downed state health did go up tho, so thats how it works.

it does res dead npcs tho. seen many a warrior drop the banner on a keep lord and he’ll fully res

Only seen it happen it fractals when they were taking a butt tonne of agony damage, in any other situation (poison included) it seems to be enough.
