wouldn’t it be cool if the warbanner could both res 5 allies in its AOE along with stomp instantly 5 enemies? If we look at the kittenation of downstate I think its pretty fair considering warbanner severely lacks in almost every aspect of the game. It wouldnt be “op” because the cast time is still 2 seconds and it still has a ridiculous CD. The ability to flatten downed enemies can counter all sorts of abusive ways to get people back up such as steath resing and zergballing. It also gives the warrior a great purpose in TPVP since they would be the best teamfight tool to quickly clean up 1 or 2 people that would normally just be saved by copious amount of AOEs and 2 people resing at the same time. It gives the warrior some offensive denial and makes the warbanner almost on par with SOR in select situations.

Imagine an 8vs8 zerg, about 4-5 people on the opposing team go down in around the same time, you pop the warbanner.. all of a sudden..

+5 +10, +5 +10, +5 +10, +5 +10, +5 +10.

I say sure, why not, it would be nice, but it won’t be implemented because it’s way too strong, the ability to finish multiple players at once in a mere 2 seconds cast? Way too strong.

Wut? Warbanner and SOR aren’t even close to the same level of usefullness. Warbanner by far exceeds SOR. Miles and miles infront of it. After a GvG I often see up to 7!!! warbanners. They are one of the most OP skills you can have on a warrior. Rezzing 5 people instantly is IMMENS in any fight. If it is GuildvZerg, ZergvZerg or GuildvGuild. It gives aoe might aswel, pick it up and give stability. Counts as a blast finisher, deals damage and is a 2nd blast finisher when you pick it up and plant it again. It gives so so so much team utility where SOR only gives you 3 buffs you should already be maxed on. I often have 2-3min of movement speed, perma fury and 25stacks of might. So SOR does nothing for you or your team.
