Hey guys im pretty new on my Warrior and i want to ask is this build still viable as described in the topic title? i just started on it and it was not bad but I wanted to ask you if you can tell me what I should take for stats on the armor and the weapons? atm i run Preci,Toughness,Condition dmg on my armor id like to go for high crit chance for my auto hits about 45%crit dmg and 50 crit chance but not sure if condition dmg is important on my armor? maybe you can help me at this point or you can give me a tip for better armor and weapons. Thank you

As far as WvW goes, it is a strong roaming build as well as it is good in ZvZ scenarios.

Many people run the Sword/Sword variant to pack extra bleeds and torment acts as a placeholder so the bleeds are less easily cleared.

But with the shield, it gives you hard CC with the shield stun so you can set up your damage easier and it gives you a very reliable block as well as some extra defense. Great vs classes like thieves, shatter mesmers, or pretty much any class rather.

With this weapon set up, you want to go as much condition damage as possible without sacrificing a whole lot of survivability, but it really depends if you want to see 140+ bleed ticks fly across your screen, or settle for 110-120 but be a hell of a lot more sustainable.

Precision honestly is an OK stat at best for this type of build because you have very little direct damage. Sure it is decent with proccing bleeds, but it is only a 33% chance on crit with the 5 arms trait. I only found it really useful when using the F1 on the sword as it will be likely to add 3 extra stacks of bleed at the end of the channel. Plus I don’t use sigil of earth as sigil of doom in my opinion is a lot better.

But the Dire stat combination seems perfect for the warrior (condition, toughness, vit) in creating the ultimate survivable, condition damage dealing warrior. Otherwise, just stick with rabid on all of your gear, try to add a little bit of vit where ever possible, I find sitting at 21-23K to be a comfort zone.
