Warrior DPS and Survivability
infiltration runes are not the best for warrior
condition damage as 101 is useless, sword and rifle benefit from condition damage the most, but 101 is too low value, if you want to go for condition damage (bleeds)
also healing power will only help you if you use shout builds or banner regeneration
but since i see you got 30 points in discipline and 30 in strenght your healing power is also useless
there is a lot to discuss here however :
if you want survaivability try to add 30 points in defence or tactics, use shout build /banner regeneration.
Power/thog/vit armors or knight , or combine those 2
it all depends on what you aim for, an berseker -Dps char, support , tanky CC or an mix
You should try this build:
It’s a good build for new wars until they get comfortable enough to spec max dps which is what wars do best.

Ok fine, i’ll give you the best build. When you’ve come to realize that toughness means nothing and know the pretty simple mechanics of most dungeons along with a good party and can effectively pull off 30-40k 100b every time.

That works for COF, but not WvW. You need a little bit of toughness to survive the random AoE you get hit with.
Edit: actually if you change your first post to a tank build we covered the warrior – power spectrum.
I believe he was inquiring as to how to better perform in a dungeon. With pugs and being inexperienced, healing shouts build is a great way to gain a decent amount of survivability for yourself and your group aswell as providing a constant supply of might and vuln whilst maintaining a reasonable amount of damage output.
You could also add in soldier runes which would give you the ability to remove 4 conditions from you and nearby allies every 20 or so seconds.
Healing power and condition damage are a big no no. Warrior options are:
Soldier- Power, Tough, Vit
Knights- Tough, Power, Precision
Beserker- Power, Precision, Crit Damage
And any combination of the above provided you can consistently crit through whatever means, around 70-80% crit chance in the middle of combat is recommended.
Provided you’re leaving the walls of COF1 you’ll want something more than the lousy heal skills we have. 30 points in Vitality tree and roll with either healing banners (only ties up one utility slot) or healing shouts (overall it heals for less, and ties up all 3 utility slots, generally only use this with Soldier runes to make the most of your shouts.)
Your weapon choices will decide the rest of you traits. Hope this helped.

Yes, I am new and completely lost when it comes to armor, traits, skills, etc.. At the moment I am only running dungeons. So I am looking for a better build for dungeons. I don’t really understand the entire mix of everything working together…. (If you are using an axe you need these traits skills, with these slots) I appreciate all of the advice. I’m going to try switching things up today.
My build for harder content (mainly Fractals).
Axe/Shield + Longbow
