It’s a tooltip typo, just like they made a typo in the patch notes. Why have they not corrected the typo? Beats me.
The game lacking treat and build variety, and Anet comes and destroy good traits… Some times i don’t understand what they wants :/
May be trait sistem needs some upgrade or rework to not forces players to run one or two viable builds.
