Warrior GS/Bow tips?
Oh man I love GS/Bow.
Here’s a build for you:

The thing with the longbow is that you attack twice every shot so on-crit effects is definitely a must. Forceful Greatsword is for lower cd on your GS skills as well as some Might stacking (the reason why I got Sigil of Accuracy although you can change this to your liking).
My usual combo with the LB is
F1 → 5 → 3 → 2 → 4
There are two ways to play this. You can either keep your distance from the enemy and use your GS to make the gap bigger, OR you can switch back and forth between the two weapons and fight with the GS as well. This is up to you!

I run 0/30/0/10/30
LB / GS
Sigil of Fire on both weapons (they trigger on crits, and your fire field F1 can crit multiple times, and the GS is just an aoe machine by itself…more crits)
full zerker gear is what I use, but knights would work too, i prefer the extra crit damage because the build uses it to its advantage.
Runes are up to you, i went with melandru in the end, but you can simply slot in ruby orbs for MOAR DMG!
The utilities are really personal preference, and playstyle. I use Bulls, Signet of Stamina and Bolas. Bolas + Bow 5 + bulls will guarantee someone is never getting away, and in WvW this will guarantee someone is falling…or 3+ people if you do it right.
F1 and LB3 are the bread and butter for LB damage, LB2 can be good if you are point blank, and 4 is great for countering certain classes, combine LB 4 and 5 to ruin a thief’s day.
Don’t really listen to “combos” or “rotations”, in reality, each skill has applications in different situations, the combos are just for synergy: F1 creates a fire field, so using 5 on something freezes them in the field, using 3 after 5 means you can almost guarantee LB3 hits, and also counts as a blast finisher, while 4 and 2 gain benefits from passing through the fire field and adding more damage. blah blah blah, there are so many ways to combo, you just need to apply the skills to your current situation.
Also with Disc, swapping weapons frequently means you can max adrenaline, and have an almost permanent LB F1 down, while gaining adren back and dealing a ton of damage with the GS.
Mastering weapon swaps will quickly show you how powerful the weapon combinations can really be.
point blank zerging: longbow combo field, longbow #3, swap weapons, GS #4, Stability, GS#3.. if still not being attacked go then into gs#2 – and then off we go with gs#5. ive been running GS / LB forever and settled for bullsrush, frenzy, endure pain, signet of rage with lyssa runes (with trait: Empowered), pretty standard setup for burst zerker. i dont put any longbow traits but put all power to Greatsword (20, 20, 0, 10, 20)

Something different here but I choose to go this route to get over 90% decrease to condition timer with dogged strikes, runes, and lemongrass. It’s great to me because I still crit well in mostly full zerker with a few knight pieces.
10/30/20/0/10. I don’t need mobile strikes because conditions bounce off me. Any roots last literally a second or less.
Strength – V
Arms – VI, X, XII. You could go with Furious for more adrenaline gain but I love frenzy pops.
Defense – II, VIII. Last Stand is nice.
Discipline – V
The key for me is I can forgot signet of stamina, shake it off, and other condition removal utilities in favor of other traits. I shift between balanced stance and endure pain, but always go with bull’s charge. I like for great justice but since I run signet of rage I’m trying to figure out an alternative utility since I tend to double stack.
For a GS/LB build:
Str: 20, V and IX
Arms: 20, VI and X
Def: 20, II and VIII
Disc: 10, V
This is what I have run and I can take on anything without a problem. Unless that is a Champion or more than 3 players. Then it gets hard haha. I have always run this build, feel free to add your own skills. I usually use For Great Justice, Endure Pain, (third utility is really up to you, sometime I use Stomp, whatever I feel like.), and Signet of Rage or Hounds of Balthazar from human racial skills.
